The Solace Practice is a space for women who feel overwhelmed yet long to feel whole again. Here, healing is gentle, personalised, and rooted in integrity. Through herbal and nutritional medicine, emotional and energetic awareness, and compassionate guidance, I help you calm your nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. This isn’t about fixing - it’s about soft, sustainable healing that honours your sensitivities and empowers you to live in deeper alignment with who you truly are.
‘Solace’ means comfort in times of distress—a feeling of being gently held, truly seen, and supported. That’s exactly what this space was created for. The Solace Practice is a gentle landing place, a quiet refuge away from the noise of life, where your body and mind are invited to soften, reconnect, and exhale. It’s more than holistic healthcare—it’s a sanctuary where healing unfolds gently, at your pace.
Here, naturopathy, emotional support, and (soon) acupuncture come together to work with your body’s natural wisdom. The focus is not on pushing or fixing, but on creating safety, restoring balance, and allowing your nervous system to heal.

Meet Tahlia, a student naturopath specialising in nervous system health, women’s health, and gentle, holistic healing. My own journey through burnout, dysregulation, and the constant pressure to keep pushing taught me that true resilience comes from slowing down and honouring sensitivity - not fighting against it.
At The Solace Practice, I weave evidence-based naturopathic medicine with emotional and energetic awareness, creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. My intention isn’t just to help you “get better,” but to walk alongside you as you rediscover balance, resilience, and self-trust.
